Jackie
Our Jackie is a force of nature
Brings joy to all, big smile creator
When things don’t go well
Says, oh, what the hell
And no joy in life could be greater
Met her as sophomore period seven
As a teacher, it was pure heaven
With Jackie in charge
The course now lives large
In my heart – from one to ten, its eleven
‘Tis true Jackie even played softball
Ran hard, did all that was asked, I recall
Though when I think back
To keep her on track
We told her: it’s a dance recital
Casti is richer with her fo’ sho
Always giving, Mock Trial and so much more
It’s my great honor
And like no other
Here’s Jackie, a person I adore
